Jessica Krause believes exceptional client service begins with genuine relationships.

Before joining Other Side Asset Management, Jessica spent more than twenty-five years building successful partnerships with many of the country's largest retailers, managing multi-million-dollar client relationships for nationally recognized brands.

Throughout her career, she worked with organizations including Costco, Home Depot, Lowe's, Publix, Amazon, Bed Bath & Beyond, BJ's Wholesale Club, Cabela's, and numerous other regional and national retailers. In an industry traditionally dominated by men, Jessica built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and consistently delivering results. While her success was measured in sales, she considers the lasting relationships she developed, and the trust she earned along the way, to be her greatest professional accomplishment.

Today, Jessica brings that same passion for people to Other Side Asset Management. She understands that retirement planning is about much more than numbers; it's about people navigating some of life's biggest transitions.

Having walked alongside hundreds of families during life's most important transitions, Jessica understands that listening is often just as important as providing answers. Whether welcoming a new family to the firm, helping clients transition into retirement, supporting those who have recently lost a loved one, or simply taking the time to listen, Jessica has a remarkable ability to make others feel comfortable, valued, and genuinely cared for.

Known for her warmth, compassion, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life, Jessica helps create the kind of client experience that reflects the values upon which Other Side Asset Management was founded. She believes every client deserves to feel heard, respected, and treated like family.

Outside the office, Jessica is passionate about living a healthy, active lifestyle. She enjoys CrossFit, believes strongly in healthy, non-toxic living, and loves educating others about making informed choices regarding the products they use and the food they eat.

Family remains at the center of her life, and she and Mitchel cherish spending time with their daughters, Emilia and Annabel, whether cheering them on from the sidelines, enjoying a night out together, or relaxing at home. When she has the opportunity to get away, you'll most likely find Jessica at her favorite place, the beach, where she hopes to one day live close enough to walk there whenever she wishes.
