Mitchel Krause
More than thirty years across private wealth and the institutional side of Wall Street, and the conviction that clarity has to come before any recommendation.
Mitchel believes the best financial decisions begin with understanding.
For more than thirty years, Mitchel has helped individuals, families, and business owners navigate some of life's most important financial decisions. His passion has never been simply managing investments; it has been helping people understand them.
Drawing on experience that spans both private wealth management and nearly a decade working alongside C-level executives, multi-billion-dollar hedge funds, and institutional asset managers, Mitchel brings a perspective few advisors possess. Having experienced both sides of the financial industry, he developed a planning philosophy rooted not in products or predictions, but in education, thoughtful decision-making, and protecting what clients have spent a lifetime building.
One of Mitchel's greatest strengths is his ability to take extraordinarily complex financial, tax, investment, and retirement concepts and make them understandable, allowing clients to move forward with confidence instead of confusion.
Whether helping someone prepare for retirement, navigate the loss of a spouse, preserve a family legacy, or simply make sense of an increasingly complicated financial world, his goal is always the same: provide clarity before recommending solutions.
Outside the office, Mitchel prioritizes time with his wife, Jessica, and their two daughters, Emilia and Annabel. You'll most often find him at an ice rink for one of Annabel's hockey games, traveling across the country for Emi's gymnastics competitions, attending piano recitals and concerts, or cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes together as a family. They also enjoy traveling and cruising whenever they have the opportunity.
The unexpected loss of Mitchel's brother in 2020 permanently changed his perspective on health, time, and what truly matters. It deepened his faith, strengthened his commitment to serving others, and reaffirmed his belief that financial planning is ultimately about helping families prepare for life's expected and unexpected moments.
Today, that perspective continues to shape both his work and his life as an active member of his church community and a dedicated CrossFit athlete. Before beginning his career in financial services, Mitchel was also a member of the UConn Huskies football team.
Anchored by a passionate belief in the power of good planning, Mitchel focuses on helping individuals and families transition confidently into retirement while preserving the wealth they've worked a lifetime to build. Whether developing retirement income strategies, navigating significant life transitions, or helping clients leave a lasting legacy for the next generation, his approach always begins the same way: it all starts with a plan.
